You will meet with our project manager on-site to discuss all your project aspirations and ideas, including any potential challenges, specific requirements, and your allocated budget. Additionally, we'll assess site conditions, take measurements, and explore various options together.

Design and Planning
During the design and planning phase, we work closely with you to conceptualize layout changes and select materials and finishes that align with your style and budget. We also prioritize enhancing space usability and improving overall functionality in your living environment, while strictly adhering to local building codes and regulations. To further assist you in making informed decisions, we provide detailed visual representations such as floor plans and 3D models.

The Quote
Once we have a set of plans you absolutely love, our next week is dedicated to creating a detailed quote for your project. This quote offers a comprehensive breakdown of job-specific details, what's included, and what is not. Transparent cost estimates are provided, encompassing materials, labor, and additional expenses. Upon receiving your approval for the quote, we can proceed to the next phase – the Contract.

The Contract
We will prepare the remodeling contract and forward it to you for review and signature. This comprehensive document covers every aspect of the project, including the work to be done, project timeline, payment schedule, materials, warranties, and other relevant terms. Upon agreement, both the contract sum and scope of work will be confirmed, ensuring transparency and certainty as we proceed with your project.

Permits and Construction
We'll provide complete assistance in obtaining the necessary permits for your project. It's important to note that the average time for permit issuance for small to mid-size new construction and renovation projects takes up to 90 days, so initiating this procedure sooner rather than later is essential. Once we have the permits, we can begin the construction phase.

During these meetings, we'll review the project's progress for the week, and you'll have the opportunity to share your feedback. Meet West Pro's Team: You'll get to know West Pro's tradespeople working on your project. At West Pro, we're like a family and want you to feel comfortable with our team on-site. You can expect to see the same team members daily, and we'll always notify you if unfamiliar tradespeople or any other professionals are expected on-site.
